A review of Catching Fire: The movie

On friday night, I got to see the second movie in The Hunger Games Trilogy, Catching Fire in theaters. I decided to review it on here.
The first thing about this movies is the effects. I loved how the dome around the arena was, and the training sessions were really cool. The poisonous fog was really interesting, and I was interested in the arena.
Secondly, I think the acting was better than the first movie. The movie was better than the second book and the first movie, even though a few details were left out. I believed in the characters, and that is important.
Finally, I think that the movie really got you thinking. It made me ask questions about how the end was supposed to go, like if one of the tributes was planning something different than what he said.

I hope you read the first two books, because you would really enjoy this!

I'm on the Young Writer's Program Website, and where you can meet other writers and see how far you're getting. I'm really happy and excited to write more! Are you writing this month? If so, what are you writing?

New Moon Girls

Online, there is a website called New Moon girls. It is a program for girls ages 8 and up, and it is a social place for girls to talk to each other, get advice on problems and so much more. It is fully moderated, which means people aren't allowed to post bad things. I am on it, and it is really fun. There are a lot of amazing girls on there, so if your are my age you should try it out!

NaNoWriMo

NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month, and anyone can participate. This is when you try to write a novel in a month. You can do it independently, or you can go to the website. On the adult one, the goal is 50,000 words, but on the kids one you can set your own goal. I'm doing it, and it's lots of fun. I hope you will too, and I hope you can get it done!
